From first wireframe to final handoff: your digital product is built around what your users actually do.
We start with user psychology, not aesthetics. Where does attention go first? What creates hesitation? That’s what we design from.
Every screen we hand off is developer-ready. Exact specs, annotated components, design tokens.
We define success metrics before we open Figma. Conversion rate, engagement, task completion. Design without measurement is decoration.
Before we touch a pixel, we understand your business. We audit your existing digital presence, map user journeys, identify where people drop off, and define what success actually looks like. This is where most agencies skip — and where we find the most leverage.
We define information architecture and content hierarchy before visual design. Where does the user land? What must they understand first? What is the one action they should take? These answers drive every downstream decision.
Strategy becomes experience. We design high-fidelity screens in Figma — every component, every state, every breakpoint. We work iteratively with you in real time. No surprises at the end. The design is production-ready before a single line of code is written.
We build interactive prototypes real enough to test. We put them in front of real users, collect signal, and use it to refine before anything ships.
We don’t throw files over a wall. Developer-ready specs, annotated components, full design system. We stay available during build to answer questions, review implementations, and catch drift before anything goes live.
Every engagement comes with a complete set of production-ready assets. You own everything, forever.
Tokens, components, and patterns: everything codified so your team can scale independently. No tribal knowledge required.

Most product design engagements run 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to developer handoff. That covers discovery, architecture, visual design, prototyping, and the full spec package. More complex products with multiple user flows or extensive research can run 12 to 16 weeks. We scope timing in writing before we start.
Design is what we ship: research, architecture, visual design, prototypes, and a developer-ready spec package. Most clients hand the build to their internal engineering team or a development partner. We stay available during the build to answer questions, review implementations, and catch drift before launch.
Yes. If you have an established brand system, we design within it and extend it where the product needs more (component states, interaction patterns, edge cases). If your brand is thin or inconsistent, we will flag it during discovery and recommend the smallest set of additions needed to make the product feel cohesive.
You are involved at the decision points: kickoff, architecture review, design milestones, and final handoff. Between those, we work in shared Figma files so you can see progress in real time and leave comments without scheduling a meeting. Plan on roughly 2 to 3 hours per week of synchronous time from your team.
Product design engagements typically range from $25k to $80k depending on scope: number of screens, depth of research, prototyping needs, and design-system work. We give you a fixed scope and price after the discovery call. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.
